This hotel is perfectly located in the town center, making it ideal for exploring all that Liverpool has to offer. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with fluffy white towels and a very comfortable bed. The staff provide excellent service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and taken care of. Additionally, the breakfast options are delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to the day.

The hotel offered free parking which was a big advantage during our city trip. the staff were also very friendly and nice, making us feel welcome. the hotel was located near the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and visit many of the local attractions.
the room was quite basic and lacked some amenities that we expected.
